If you keep waiting for someone to come with you, you never ever get to go! 

 

This quote came exactly at the right time. It’s the reason I booked a campervan all by myself. Out of 2 reasons: First one is because I was so scared and so intrigued by this thought at the same time. 

 

If your dreams don’t scare you, they are not big enough.

 

It’s true. And second, travelling the mind-blowing East Coast of Australia always was a dream of mine and on my list since I left Australia 2013. 

 Nobody around me, at that time, had the time to come with me. Don’t get me wrong, I would have loved to share this experience with someone else, but I had only 3 weeks until Christmas and going back to my family for Christmas. 

 

You know what? It was the best decision of my life. This freedom, compares to nothing else. This way of living on the road going from one coastal village to the next and stopping wherever you feel going, is the most freeing inner journey you can ever experience. Will it be hard? Yes. Will you face unpredictable circumstances along the way? Absolutely. Will it be worth it? A million % of course!
